The Go-Go ES2 comes with free 1-Year In-Home Service. If you experience a problem with your scooter during the first twelve months, simply call HomeTown Mobility to arrange for a technician to come to your home for diagnosis and repair. If we are not in your immediate area we will help you find the nearest Pride Mobility service provider for your repairs. You may also choose to extend this service for up to three years for an additional charge.
Required assembly upon delivery includes attaching the seat (and any accessories) and charging the batteries for 8-12 hours prior to use. For users who need assistance in unpacking and setting up their scooter Platinum Delivery is available. With this option, your scooter is brought into your home on the first level, set up, made sure that it runs properly and all packaging material is removed.
