"Slowness"

"I ordered the saddle-back pouch for my Pride Go Chair on August 2. Got an email right away on Aug 2nd saying it had been shipped and wait for an email giving Tracking info. I never received an email giving me Tracking info. My payment was charged to my credit card on Aug 14th. I responded to the email from you several days later and expressed my concern, asking if product had been shipped.

I received a reply to my email saying the product had been shipped and please look for an email for the tracking information. I did not get an email with the Tracking info. Some days later, I think it was August 20th, the saddle back pouch arrive."
