For the lifetime of your product from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship: Structural Frame Components, including:

•Main Frame - Fork - Seat Post - Tiller Frame

TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

For two (2) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

•Transaxle
•Brake
•Bushings
•Bearings
•Motor Brake (electronic function ONLY)

Also, electronic assemblies including:

•Electronic Controllers
•Chargers
•Harnesses
•Any Other Electrical Subassembly

SIX-MONTH WARRANTYThe battery is covered by a separate six-month warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer. The batteries are not warranted by Pride.

RECONDITIONED UNITS WARRANTY

All reconditioned units are covered by a six-month warranty from Pride effective from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear.

•ABS Plastic Shrouds
•Motor Brushes
•Upholstery and Seating
•Brake Pads
•Tires and Tubes
•Fuses/Bulbs
•Circumstances beyond the control of Pride
•Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized, IN ADVANCE, by Pride Mobility Products
•Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Pride

Exclusions also include components with damage or failure caused by:

•Contamination
•Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
•Battery fluid spillage or leakage
•Use other than normal design specifications
•Improper operation, maintenance, or storage

NOTE: If there is an increase in the operational noise level in the transaxle, the warranty does not apply. An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to abusive and excessive strain on the scooter.

NOTE: Gradual deterioration in performance because the battery has been left in a discharged state, left in cold conditions for an extended period of time, or worn out through heavy use is not covered.

Availability: In Stock, but due to the Pandemic this product’s availability varies daily. This is due to manufacturer shipping delays and raw material shortages. We will contact you after the purchase with the expected shipping time or please call us prior to ordering.

Shipping of orders will occur as soon as possible after the order is placed.  You will be Contacted by Phone the Next Business Day, or Sooner, after placing your order to keep you posted on your shipment progress. 

Once we are provided with Tracking Information, we will provide this information to you via phone or email, whichever you prefer. 

Most items ship within 1-3 days from the warehouse but we will let you know if this time frame will be different such as in cases of out-of-stock items or if this a custom build.

Why is this scooter so special?

     The tight turning radius of 43” is the marque feature of the ZT10.  As mentioned, the iTurn Technology allows the ZT10 to be used just as easily inside as outside.  There are plenty of other exciting perks the ZT10 offers that you won’t commonly find on other scooters.  A tiller adjustment lever is located just below the steering handles making comfort adjustments easy and convenient.  Also on the tiller is an XLR charging port, a USB charging port for your cell phone or portable electronic devices, and a cup holder/storage space.  In addition to the LED headlights and rear lights you get sequential turn signals and a helpful puddle light to illuminate the space right in front of the scooter for safe driving purposes.

     It’s been a long wait for a scooter to be offered that is full size, four wheels, and is just as functional outdoors as it is indoors.  A pair of powerful dual motors with two-wheel drive gives the ZT10 the traction needed to handle outdoor trails on uneven surfaces.  Pride’s CTS Suspension will even out your ride on those trails to give you a smooth, comfortable ride.  A three-speed motor control allows you to adjust your speed according to your environment making for an easy transition from heavy traction for outdoor usage to agile maneuverability down your halls and through your doorways. 

What You Need to Know When Ordering

     With Free Residential delivery and standard options, this scooter leaves the warehouse within 24 business hours.  If you select Platinum Delivery, expect an additional 1 – 2 business days before it leaves the warehouse.

     Curbside Delivery is free, and the freight company will call ahead for delivery. The ZT10 scooter ships in a single box. You may want to arrange for a friend or family member to help you to get the scooter unpacked and set up.  Assembly includes putting on the seat and any accessories, and the batteries should be charged for 8 hours
